How do I manage my monthly policy's auto renewal?

You can turn off your auto-renewal at any time directly from the web portal.

1. Enter the 'Current' policies view Policy Management Tab.

 2. Locate the Auto-Renew toggle on the center-right corner and click on link

3. Confirm the pop-up confirmation to set the new auto-renew status

Please note: To avoid a lapse of insurance, each renewal billing period occurs several hours in advance, allowing user to update their payment methods in case of a payment failure. 

Note that policy renewals can be flat-canceled within 48 hours upon their renewal, alongside a confirmation of no incidents.
